According to Swedish consumer law, customers who have purchased our services are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the booking was confirmed. To cancel your booking, please do so within this timeframe by contacting us in writing or by email with your cancellation request. If your cancellation is received within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments made in full. Please note that cancellations made outside the 14-day period may not be eligible for refunds, and we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
Please note that if the training has begun and the client has participated in a session, the client is not entitled to a refund, except in cases of injury or long-term illness. In such cases, the customer must provide documented proof, and the refund will be subject to our cancellation policy, which provides detailed information about the process for making a cancellation due to injury or prolonged illness.
